Conflicts are inevitable, but if challenges are positively directed at teams and through it encouraged to spread improvements and adoption of better things in teams, then conflicts can be accepted, but if they don’t, then it is better avoided. Tjovold highlights that conflicts and teams are intertwined and the more are the conflicts, the diverse is the team, but the target should be resolving them immediately and being respectful towards one another, because diversity is essential and diversity is indicative of both existence of conflicts and growth.
